Terms & Conditions
Window Film – peeling, bubbling, cracking, demetalizing or delaminating after proper installation.
Installed by Arcarco Signature dealers.
Within 5 years (effective on the date of installation).
Hardcopy warranty form details filled up completely. (Please request from the dealer after the installation done.)
Arcarco will provide replacement film for the defected film with the T&C stated above. The warranty period will not renew or extend after replacement done.
Warranty Excludes the Following
Window glass breakage.
Insulated glass unit seal failure.
Any loss, damage, expense or cost caused in whole or in part with improper film installation, improper care or maintenance of window film, non-conforming applications or uses or any problems other than defects mentioned.
Any economic loss, physical harm, incidental damage, consequential damage or special damage.
Tips- Window Film Care & Maintenance
Do not clean the film for 30 days after installation for the secure of film adhesive.
Do not use bristle brushes, abrasive scrubbing sponges or others cleaning materials or solutions could scratch the film.
Use fresh clean soft materials to wash and dry the windows.

Installed by Arcarco dealers.
Within 8 years (effective on the date of installation).
Hardcopy warranty form details filled up completely. (Please request from the dealer after the installation done.)
Arcarco will provide a comprehensive replacement film service only for defected original film installation (reasonable labor costs on removal defected film + installation replacement film) with the T&C stated above. The warranty period will not renew or extend after installation replacement film done.

Paint Protection Film – cracking, peeling off or bubbling after proper automotive surface installation.
Installed by ASPPF dealers or ASPPF team of certified installers.
Within 5 years (effective on the date of installation).
Hardcopy warranty form details filled up completely. (Please request from the dealer after the installation done.)
Arcarco will provide a replacement service only for defected original PPF installation with the T&C stated above. The warranty period will not renew or extend after installation replacement film done.
Additional cost will be charged for extra PPF added that is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Excludes the Following
Accident, collisions, intentional misuse, no damage, dents or chips due to the impact of rocks or debris to the PPF.
Abuse, mishandling, alteration,neglience, fire, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion or natural disaster.
Not in accordance with ‘After Care’ instruction.
Failure to follow product instruction.
Failure to perform preventative maintenance to or parts replacement suggested by manufacturer maintenance schedule.
Automotive painted surface defect due to not original painted surface with additional repairs or respray finishes before the PPF applied.
Derived costs of warranty claim such as fuel, loss of earning or other conseequential expenses.
Payment does not fully pay off.
Tips- Window Film Care & Maintenance
Do not wash the car at least 48 hours after PPF applied.
Do not use any clay products to clean the surface of the product.
Stay away cleaning or waxing products contain “Petroleum Distillates”.
